Projects
Here's just a small sampling of the charities we are thinking of contribute to.
Canadian Men's Health Foundation
The Canadian Men’s Health Foundation is a registered national charity established in 2014 with a mission to inspire men to live healthier.
The statistics around men’s health in Canada are alarming. Men are 40% more likely to die from cancer, 70% more likely to die from heart disease and live an average of nine years in extremely poor health. Yet, 70% of men's health problems are preventable by living healthier. Moreover, a 2013 study revealed that men’s poor health costs the Canadian economy over $22.8 billion per year.
Think about it, guys don't go to the doctor as often as they should. Many men and their families will benefit when they take their health more seriously. With good information, relatable tips and motivation, we know every guy can make small changes to be healthier. That’s why we built ‘Don’t Change Much’ to support guys in making small changes that become habits, and habits become a healthier lifestyle.
Forming a new healthy habit is hard work. It takes time to form, effort to sustain and often comes with setbacks. This is why we need to consistently inspire and enable guys to live healthier.
